On August 10th 2015, there will be a local by-election in the West Oxfordshire district for one of the wards in Witney. Having found a method of hosting online video conferences, I am pondering the idea of hosting a live programme featuring the by-election, therefore would like to know if anyone lives in West Oxfordshire and would be interested in being “on the ground” at the count?
