Make money reading the poll detail
One betting market we haven’t touched on is from William Hill on which candidate outside the “big four” will come on top in Thursday’s by-election.
Eagle-eyed punters have noticed that the Survation poll detail shows that the Independent,Danny Stupple, was recording by far the highest ratings.
-
He’s the only one to have recorded enough voting responses for him to be given a share of more than 1%. He’s actually at 1.4% – the nearest to him is on 0.7%. Amongst 2010 CON voters Stupple is winning 2.6% of voters.
Yesterday William Hill had him at 14/1. That moved in to 8/1 and is now 4/1.
He comes over as engaging and persuasive and you can see him appealing to a particualar segment of the electorate.
At 4/1 he’s surely worth a punt.
