Spread-betting markets move to Labour

Spread-betting markets move to Labour

As we predicted last night the ICM poll has resulted in a sharp move back to Labour on the spread-betting markets. The spread bookmakers have marked the party up and marked the Tories and Lib Dems down.

There’s been almost no movement, however, on the Spreadfair spread betting exchange where prices respond to what individual punters put up not on what the bookmaker decides.

IG IndexLAB 353-358 (+3): CON 197-202 (-2): LD 66-69 (-2)

SpreadfairLAB 350 -350.9: CON 201-203.7: LD 68.7 -69

IG’s “size of majority” market is now showing 60-70 seats (+8).

With the conventional bookies the best you can now get on Labour winning most seats is 1/12.

NOTE: If you are opening account with bookmakers then please mention this site. We receive a small commission which goes some way to defraying our increasing costs. Many thanks.
